We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

The model itself is absolutely perfect! The livery is beautiful and the colours are so vibrant. The mold is the best a320 mold I've seen, the only downside is the model arrived with a loose landing gear, but was easily resolved with some super glue!
The detail on the model is super, everything down to the spots and the small writing, it's like having an actual miniature plane, would recommend
