We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

I love this model and box detail the reason I purchased it was because I saw this same aircraft extremely recently and was excited for when it arrived but when it arrived the box of the model was crumpled and same with the little card that comes with NG models.
