Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Model arrived faulty or broken You must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request or email.
Wrong item received You must report this to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request or email.
Product did not match description If you believe that it did not match the description, report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending a return request and we will investigate.
Changed my mind Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs.

We're an official retailer of Herpa, GeminiJets, Phoenix, JC Wings, Inflight200, Hogan & More. All of our models are brand new.
 
We will dispatch the same day if you order before 2pm, otherwise it will be sent out the next working day Monday-Friday. We ship with Royal Mail or DPD. All parcels that we send are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. International shipments go with DHL (Most of Europe) or with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. We can also ship with UPS for heavier parcels leaving Europe. Don't hesitate to enquire. Collection is not accepted.
