We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

In February 2025, this A320, named after Säntis, the highest mountain in Eastern Switzerland at 2,501 meters (8,208 feet), was unveiled in Zurich as the first aircraft with the modernized Edelweiss livery. To mark the introduction of the new Airbus A350, Edelweiss is modernizing the appearance of its entire fleet. While the A350s are already being delivered with the new livery, all A320s will also gradually receive the revised design during their normal maintenance cycles. Herpa SnapFit models shine with an unbeatable value for money. They come with a display stand and can be assembled in a few simple steps without glue or other tools.
