We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

A new eagle on the approach! We are delighted to be able to continue our long-standing collaboration with Sun Express and Eintracht Frankfurt with this new release. After the first – long sold out – model of the “SGE Express”, a second Boeing 737 of the leisure airline has received a new special livery in the colors of the soccer team. The design with the eagle's head and wing clearly won the online voting. More than 14,000 fans of the Bundesliga team voted for the new color scheme. This 1/200 scale release joins the smaller 1/500 scale die-cast metal model already announced as part of our News I release package (item no. 538107). Herpa is an official license partner of Eintracht Frankfurt.
