Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

GOL’s fleet of more than 130 aircraft currently includes 50 of the latest variant of Boeing's successful 737 aircraft family. In the long term, the 737 Max 8 is set to replace all older 737 variants. However, the long-term financial consequences of the Covid pandemic continue to burden the Brazilian low-cost airline, which will most likely cause a delay in the arrival of further 737 Max aircraft. It has a domestic Brazilian market share of almost 38% and also serves routes throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and as far as North America.
