Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Description
The Croatian airline received its first of a total of 15 Airbus A220s on order in July 2024. The first scheduled flight led – for historical reasons – from the Croatian capital Zagreb to Frankfurt: in 1992, the first interna-tional flight of the then newly founded airline also led to Germany's largest airport. With the arrival of the first state-of-the-art A220s, Croatia Airlines has been able to continue its international expansion, operating flights to currently 30 international destinations, supporting the country’s growth as a popular tourism destination. By the year 2027, the A220s are scheduled to replace the entire current fleet of Croatia’s flag carrier, consisting of A319s, A320s and Q400s.
