Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

GeminiJets is pleased to introduce the new Wide-Body Aircraft Hangar. Constructed of heavy-duty resin, this product is the first in a series of new accessories and structures to be added to the GeminiJets airport display. The Wide-Body Hangar is capable of housing one 747/A380 sized aircraft, or multiple narrow-body types (737/757/A320/etc.).
