Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

This highly detailed model terminal has been designed to complement any 1/400 scale aircraft collection and create an impressive airport. The deluxe terminal is made from durable resin material, and measures over 130cm in length. The terminal features two large rotundas at either end, with 22 gates and movable jet bridges along the perimeter. It’s based on contemporary airport architecture, with sleek facades, wrap-around windows, and sweeping overhangs for a realistic look.
