We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

I ordered the GeminiJets Airport Set 1/400 with the mat and a model airplane over 3 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped! There is now less than a week until Christmas, and this airport model is my son's greatest Christmas wish. He will be heartbroken.
