We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

This edition makes history: The Boeing 757-200 with the registration G-LSAI was the last of its kind in British passenger service. She was in the air from 1988 to 2025 – first with China Southern Airlines, later with Jet2 for almost two decades. More than 80,000 flight hours and over 40,000 landings are in her logbook.
Now a piece of this impressive career lives on – as an Aviationtag from the original hull skin. Although logos were painted over before recycling, the iconic Jet2 silver gray was preserved, which every aviation fan immediately recognizes.
