The first Airbus A220 in the Aviationtag range comes from SU-GFA, an A220-300 with one of the shortest and most varied careers of any modern airliner.

Built in Mirabel, Canada (serial number 55061), she made her first flight on 15 October 2019 and joined EgyptAir the same year. She flew Cairo to Tel Aviv for Air Sinai in an all-white scheme with no airline titles, spent 2021 in Nigeria flying for Ibom Air in their livery, then returned to EgyptAir in 2022 and went back to white before being stored.

After her sale to Azarra she was re-registered N560AZ, and in 2025 she became the first A220 to be dismantled in the USA for spare parts, just five and a half years after her first flight. Her components now help keep other A220s in the air.

Each tag is cut from the original outer skin, finished by hand in Germany and individually engraved with its own edition number. Only 5,600 pieces exist from this aircraft. Traces of use and small material differences make every tag unique, so the piece you receive may look slightly different from the photograph shown.
