If your model arrives damaged and you would prefer to keep it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and send your order number plus 1 or 2 clear photos or a short video of the issue. Once reviewed, we may be able to offer a suitable option such as store credit or a partial refund depending on the damage. If you would rather not keep the item, we can review return, replacement, or refund options instead.
