Poland’s LOT has developed close ties with Brazilian manufacturer Embraer over the past two decades. The partnership started back in the year 2004, in which LOT took delivery of the world’s first E170 regional jet. Since then, the Polish airline has grown to be the largest European operator of Embraer’s successful E-Jet family with no less than 45 aircraft on strength – which equals half of the airline’s current total fleet. Latest additions to the E-Jet fleet are three next generation E195-E2 aircraft. The E2 is 25% more efficient compared to the previous generation E195, resulting in lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. A display stand is included.
