We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. herpa have done a great job representing this plane. only problems are the slight misplacement of the cockpit windows, but it s barely noticeable.
