Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.
We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

The development of the 170 to 195 series, initially called ERJ, Embraer Regional Jet, finally confirmed Brazil’s Embraer as one of the big players in modern aircraft manufacturing, and it has been the market leader in the under 150 seat size category for years.
With numerous improvements and newly designed components, such as the wings and engines, Embraer achieved a considerable increase in efficiency and range with its new E-Jet generation. Three variants are being offered, the largest and currently most successful variant being the E195-E2. Embraer aggressively marketed the new E2 family as “profit hunters” sending the prototype aircraft around the world on a promotion tour. Already released by Herpa in 1/200 (item no. 571852), the spectacular “TechLion” follows suit as the first model of the new E2-Series in the 1/500 scale.

AV400 are still the very best in the business for B777s and many more models aircraft types they do......though HX /YY wings will certainly be on their tail with their amazing B747s! WittyWings standards and beyond!
I am sure that brand is to offer soon many other aircraft types and will knock NG sales for sure!
This livery is beautiful in my mind! HX B747-8i Korean livery is similar to the paint job AV400 use BUT i would say the AV400 has more metalic sparkle too it!
If you collect Korean ,the B787-10 is a worthy addition from AV400 when its available.
Great to see now AV400 have rolled out magnetic landing gear like many 1:200 scale models have at 1;400 scale on most models they now produce!
Less chance of fallen off tyres.landing gear in transit!
A380s at this scale from Herpa are very good! For such a small scale ,probably the best brand for them at this scale frankly!
BA Livery executed perfectly! I would say best BA A380 model out there other than say an AV400 or WittyWings at 1:400 scale.Thats if you can still get one somewhere.
