Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Changed my mind	Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs.

We're an official retailer of Herpa, GeminiJets, Phoenix, JC Wings, Inflight200, Hogan & More. All of our models are brand new.

All products on our store are stocked - we will dispatch the same day if you order before 2pm, otherwise it will be sent out the next working day Monday-Friday. We ship with Royal Mail or DPD. All parcels that we send are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. International shipments go with DHL (Most of Europe) or with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. We can also ship with UPS for heavier parcels leaving Europe. Don't hesitate to enquire. Collection is not accepted.

Very nice, good packaging

Small but nice !

A tiny model of the world's largest plane - good detail and a nice manageable size - what more could you want. It doesn't take up too much space - pity they didn't include a small bus (to scale) to illustrate how massive this plane really is but.............. Would recommend.
