Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Big ! Better than expected,folds out well!

Frankly i was shocked too see how big this thing unfolds out too! Its exactly what i have been after for a long time! Shame you get zilch airport stuff to go with it,would have been nice a few pieces! The airport pieces are expensive compared to the size and quality,so maybe in the future better stuff will come along to use on the board as airport accessories! Till.then a good board to do some photography on and display when wants...Some boards come with the fake grass,this does not by the way.Whether one would want to apply it by them selves or not is another question! Overall a very good size for atleast i say 20 units to be displayed on etc.Depending what size aircraft type i guess! Worth getting as a display mat,biggest one i have seen to date for sale for 1/400 scale and 1/500.

good quality

it is my first mat, it is really good thing to start with. the quality is amazing, thick carton, good printing. little down side is taxiways and runway is little narrow for 1/400 wide-body planes, but it is not critical. I got it with discount only for 40euros what is great deal for such thing. I wish they make more such mats and in modular format so you could combine few to get bigger layout

Good and realistic product. The only negative thing is that I had to pay customs taxes which were not mentioned during the order.

If u live in a humid climate, do not buy this mat because of the expansion and contraction it will develop many bumps and will not be smooth

Outstanding Customer Service

This is a great Airport mat - layout is great.
Unfortunaly the very strong poster tube it was delivered in got damaged in transit and the mat was damaged.
Spoke with the team at AMS and they arranged collection and sent out a replacement straight away. So very helpful and friendly.
