Can you deliver in time for a birthday or specific date?

If you need your order for a birthday or another specific date, we recommend ordering as early as possible, checking that all items are in stock (pre-order and lead-time items will delay dispatch), and choosing a premium delivery service at checkout. In-stock orders placed before the 1:30pm UK cut-off, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day, but dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us with your order number and the date you need it by, and we will do our best to help.
